Vince will teach passionate foodies about meat. And all the secrets on how to make the perfect Sausage (Pork, Pecorino & Fennel AND Lamb & Rosemary)


Vince will be support by our Chef Phil LaBrooy, who will be demonstrating supporting sauces and meal ideas. Phil LaBrooy started his career as a chef at the age of 17 in Hong Kong at the Island Shangri La Hotel, where he developed a wide knowledge of many different styles of cooking. Phil then returned home to Perth, where he started a family whilst working in various restaurants including The Balthazar, Duende and The Royal
