Phil will be showcasing some of his signature tapas dishes from his time as Head Chef at Perth’s first Spanish restaurant Duende. Chef Phil has travelled the world honing his craft but his love for Spanish cuisine is second to none. You will get tastings recipes and a private shopping experience afterwards. Olé!!!!!
